Hello,
this may be a good information!
Do the signal Led green/orange work correct?
Correct: signal led "Red"/"White"

Which is the "signal Led green/orange" and where is it?
I have never heard of an orange led.
Thanks
Andrea

Hello,
sorry, you can connect signal masts to give red-signs ( Stop ) and white sign ( GO slow )!
Regards
Wolf Ulrich

There are resistors at output "White" with value 56 kiloOhms.
LED will work with 1.5 KOhms

Hello,

I have not yet mounted the signals, but I have now tested the "buhne" at my desk.

While the bridge is stopped there are 13 volts at the end of the 56k resistors (white signals) and 3 volts at the end of the 1.5k resistors (red signals).
While the bridge is turning the voltages are reversed, so it seems that the signals are ok.

House steady light is ok
No blinking ever: the yellow led on top of the house is always dark ( maybe simply the led is bad?).
Most important: NO SOUND at all.

Thanks
Andrea

Hello,
the Susi-Modul is direct connected via "Susi-Clk" and "Susi-Data" to the PIC ( IC1 ).
the "Blinking-Signal" ist PIC-Ouput ( Pin 6 / IC1 ) via Driver IC3 ( PIN 3 to 14 ) to LED
If the Blinking-Led is ok and there's no toggling Voltage ( 0V - 5V - 0V..... ) at PIC / Pin 6 there's something wrong with the PIC.
( Also the susi - Pins can be insolved!! )
- Firmware is not correct installed ( Reinstall firmware )
- PIC do not work correct. ( Change PIC )

If the Blinking-Led works fine after change then there can also be a problem with Susi-Modul!
- Firmware is not correct installed ( Reinstall firmware )
- PIC do not work correct. ( Change PIC )
- I remember that a User had a problem with the connector X2. ( solder-pads ).
- Susi Modul ist empty.
- Susi Modul is bad

Sorry, i can give no more information!
Regards
Wolf Ulrich

Hello

Blinking led is now blinking (it was a bad soldering of one leg of the led).

I have just checked on the Bhune the connections between the resistors R20 and R21 and the small pins at the base of the SUSI socket (SUSI_DATA and SUSI_CLK respectively): there is no continuity.

Maybe I need to mount a new SUSI entry socket, if it is available.

Thanks
Andrea

Hello,
first check the solder-pins of this socket.
There's no contact between the socket-contacts and the board copper.
Use a small soldering iron and be very carefull.
Good Luck

socket pins resoldered.

Now sound works perfectly.

Great Wolf Ulrich! thank you.
