Blinklight (blinklicht) on the Bühne keeps weakly blinking

Blinklight (blinklicht) on the Bühne keeps weakly blinking when the Bühne is not moving.
Blink light blinks normally when the Bühne is moving (without any secondary weakly blinking).
That anomalous weakly blinking takes place whatever kind of blinking is selected and even when no blinking is selected.
Can anyone help me?
